We are always booked during the prime season (November through April), but come May 1st through October 31st, we have availability. This summer season special is 10% off the published rate of $159 per night. There is a 5 night minimum stay. But all in all, this will be much cheaper for you and your family then staying in a hotel. You will not only enjoy having the privacy of your own home, but you’ll also have the ability to cook in your own kitchen, as well as do laundry & park in a garage.

Your Scottsdale Ranch vacation getaway is just across from the community pool. It’s the perfect place to cool off after a long hot day! Great for corporate rentals too. We’ve also had folks in the summer who are remodeling their homes & need to get out of the construction dust. Whatever your needs, this home is sure to please.

It’s hard to believe it’s September 1st in the desert Southwest! Come the beginning of September, most locals are ready for the summer to be over, but the summer has ideas of it’s own! Usually it doesn’t officially start cooling down in Scottsdale until at least mid-October. No worries though, there are still plenty of deals on local restaurants, and you can always chill out by the pool if you’ve had enough of grocery stores and air-conditioned movie theaters and malls by now! Here’s a link to a great blog I discovered which is all about Scottsdale. This one links to a posting about restaurant specials going on now until the end of the month. So get out and celebrate, because now that it’s September, the summer is offically winding down!
